For a better focused exercise, use only one of the three diagrams extracted from the flowchart to formulate your questions. For instance, gather information about their makeup and costume, or focus on how they got the first idea about the kind of performance they wanted to do. Asking such questions is not a breach of privacy as long as the interview remains within the professional domain. Performers are usually willing to answer such questions as a part of their professional life.
